(2 Day) Operational Learning

Service Description

This Operational Learning Training uses (live-virtual) hands-on techniques (scenarios, demonstrations and practice) to help participants get comfortable 1) asking better questions and 2) creating conditions for candor. The class discusses the elements needed for any type of Operational Learning (including Learning Teams) and gives an overview of the structure of a Learning Team. The goal of the class is to allow participants to get comfortable conducting Operational Learning practices of their own, whether that be Learning Teams, or another structure that fits well into their organizational constraints. We'd suggest the 2 Day HOP Foundations course as a prerequisite.
