Hugo Ribeiro
Hugo Ribeiro is a leading figure in leadership and innovation in Operational and Occupational Safety, with 15 years of experience in chemical, food, mining, oil & gas, and heavy construction industries. He holds a postgraduate degree in occupational safety engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP), and is also a civil engineer and business administrator with an MBA in Project Management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV). Hugo participated in the first implementation of Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) at a Brazilian company in 2012 and created the most successful YouTube channel on the new vision of safety, "Hugo Ribeiro - Segurança Diferente". A renowned speaker, he has been featured at major Brazilian safety events and organized the first New Vision Summit in Brazil in 2021, with global experts like Todd Conklin, Sidney Dekker, and Erik Hollnagel.
